Step 1
Come and Try
CrossFit is such a comprehensive way to fitness and better wellbeing it is difficult to explain so we offer trial sessions so you can check it out. We'll explain what it's about, run through some CrossFit basics on movement, mobility and nutrition and answer your questions. After you've done your trial session you can join straight away and begin your path to fitness and wellness.

Step 2
We will be offering regular group sessions at times and locations to be determined. During the first few weeks we will be covering some fundamental movements that form the basis of many of the exercises we use. The emphasis is on getting the movement right to make it safe and maximise the benefits.

Personal Training sessions can also be arranged at mutually agreed times.
