  • ·       15 Thrusters (Bar or DB’s)

  • ·       15 Pull Ups or variations (CTB, bands, rings etc.)
  • ·       15 Thrusters

·       Rest 1 min

  • ·       15 Front Squats or Goblet Squats
  • ·       15 Bar Muscle Ups or rings & dips
  • ·       15 Thrusters
