  • ·       4 sets of 3 reps

Tabata

  • ·       Pull Ups
  • ·       Push Ups
  • ·       Sit Ups
  • ·       Squats

8 rounds of each exercise for max reps each round.  

1 round is 20 secs work, 10 secs rest between rounds
