Pull Ups (weighted if possible)

  • ·       4 x 8 reps

3 Rounds

  • ·       Run 200m
  • ·       30 Overhead Lunges (15/10)
  • ·       20 Push Ups
  • ·       10 Knee to Elbow (floor crunches)

 

At Home

Same as above, just hold arms extended over head for lunges. 200m is ANZAC park picnic tables to Boatshed and back
