  • ·       4 KB Thrusters & 4 Pull Ups
  • ·       4 Hang Power Cleans & 4 Dips
  • ·       4 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (KB) & 4 Box Step Overs

Rest 2 mins between each AMRAP set.
