Warm up
·       Short Shuttle run (lots)
·       Skip steps; side step
·       Shoulder Rotations
·       5 Push ups & 5 Squats x 10 jumping jacks (3 sets)
·       Walking lunge & reverse back
·       Hollow – 3x15secs (make a bowl of your body)
·       Balance walk on gutter, line etc.

3 Rounds
·       30 KB or DB Swings
·       30 Push Ups
·       30 Sit Ups
·       30 Squats
·       300m Run or whatever you can do – alt is 30 Jumping Jacks

Stretch
