Sunday 12th April 2020

Rest day.

Many have been working really hard so take a break, go for a walk, light jog, bike ride or whatever gives you an active recovery. We are allowed to exercise on the beach so a walk there is ok.
If you've skipped a few days, this is an opportunity to catch up on a workout you missed.If you are doing today's (Sat) scale as needed. Most have taken around 45 to 55 minutes so if you are feeling a little fatigues do less.Rest & eat eggs
